The Loss Prevention Investigator serves as a critical guardian of company assets within our distribution centers, fulfillment facilities, and transportation networks. This role exists to minimize loss and ensure a safe, secure, and compliant workplace by conducting thorough investigations into internal and external theft, process gaps, inventory discrepancies, and safety violations.
You will partner closely with operations, HR, security leadership, and law enforcement to protect our people and property. The day-to-day involves gathering and analyzing evidence from CCTV footage and access-control data, interviewing employees and witnesses, and performing routine audits of distribution processes. You will identify security vulnerabilities and work with leadership to implement corrective actions, ensuring our operations run smoothly and securely.
This position is located onsite in Mesquite, TX, within an active industrial manufacturing and distribution center. The environment features moderate to high noise levels, temperature variations, and active material handling equipment. The role requires extended periods of standing or walking on concrete floors and the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) such as safety glasses and steel-toed boots. The fast-paced nature of the work involves time-sensitive and safety-sensitive operations, often requiring flexible hours including occasional nights, weekends, and travel between facilities.
