We are seeking dependable, professional, and highly adaptable Flex Security Officers to join our growing team. This role is designed to provide essential coverage for employee call-offs, vacations, special assignments, and staffing shortages across various client locations in Oakland, San Jose, Milpitas, Fremont, and surrounding Bay Area communities.
As a Flex Officer, you will be assigned to different sites based on operational needs, working in diverse environments such as warehouse facilities, logistics yards, residential communities, commercial properties, and corporate settings. Comprehensive site-specific training is provided for all assignments. The ideal candidate is reliable, customer-service oriented, and comfortable adapting to different work environments and security responsibilities.
