About the Opportunity
We are seeking a highly qualified Long Term Substitute Music Teacher for 4th through 8th Grade in Cleveland, Ohio. In this role, you will partner with colleagues to deliver a superior education that reflects the diverse educational, cultural, and linguistic backgrounds of our students. You will be part of a growth-focused coaching environment characterized by frequent observations, debriefs, and action planning designed to support your professional journey.
Your day will involve preparing and delivering engaging lesson plans, differentiating instruction to meet the needs of all learners, and utilizing research-based best practices. Beyond the classroom, you will collaborate effectively with colleagues, communicate with families regarding student growth, and supervise students in various school settings. You will help foster a culture where students are actively engaged life-long global learners on the path to becoming responsible, compassionate, and involved world citizens.
