About the Role
A-Line Staffing Solutions is seeking an Onsite Pharmacist to join our team in Columbia, MD. This position is pivotal to maintaining the daily operations of a busy pharmacy, ensuring the safe and accurate delivery of patient care. The role goes beyond standard dispensing, offering the opportunity to manage complex workflows including IV infusions and the distribution of CADD infusion pumps.
In this capacity, you will serve as a clinical expert and team leader. Your day will involve verifying prescriptions, conducting patient consultations on medication safety and usage, and overseeing the preparation of sterile compounded solutions. You will also play a key leadership role by supervising pharmacy technicians and clerks to optimize workflow efficiency. Whether you are educating patients on medical devices like blood pressure monitors or collaborating with providers to resolve drug-related issues, your focus will remain on patient safety and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
