Typical days involve cath lab cases in the mornings and clinic work in the afternoons, with an average patient load of 15–20 in the clinic and 2–5 hospital consults. The role includes 24-hour call coverage during the week (7–10 days per month) and requires hospital rounding and ED on-call coverage.
Providers will perform Left/Right heart catheterizations, AICD/Pacemaker procedures, and TEEs. Weatherby supports this work with paid malpractice insurance, pre-paid travel and housing expenses, and 24-hour access to a dedicated healthcare consultant. Assignment details and time entry are managed through an online portal.
