Why This Role?

This assignment offers a unique opportunity to work in a 14-bed ICU setting with in-house nurse practitioner support. You will manage 6–8 patient encounters per shift while providing NP backup on a 24-hour schedule (8 hours in-house, 16 hours on-call). The role requires both in-person and remote rounding, supported by a specialized recruiter who takes care of every detail.

We simplify the credentialing and privileging process and provide access to an online portal for assignment details and time entry. We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly, ensuring you are compensated fairly for your critical work.
