About the Role
As a Locksmith with Cushman & Wakefield, you will serve as a critical guardian of facility security and operational continuity. This role is designed to ensure the safety and functionality of our diverse portfolio of buildings, equipment, and vehicles. You will be the first line of defense in resolving immediate security concerns while maintaining the integrity of complex keying and access systems.
Your day-to-day involves a blend of skilled craftsmanship and proactive maintenance. You will cut keys, fabricate unique locking devices, and install hardware ranging from standard door locks to sophisticated panic systems. Beyond repairs, you will conduct regular inspections to identify potential safety hazards and execute preventive maintenance programs. Success in this position requires close coordination with administration and other skilled trades to ensure projects are completed efficiently and facilities remain safe and comfortable for occupants.
