About the Role
As an Operating Engineer, you will be a vital part of our facilities team in North Charleston, SC. In this on-site role, you will perform both preventative and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing equipment and systems. You will assist mechanics in repair efforts while independently executing defined tasks to ensure the smooth operation of assigned property interior and exterior areas. Your work will directly impact the safety, functionality, and comfort of the building and its occupants.

Requirements
