About the Role
We are seeking Local Class A CDL Truck Drivers to join our team for Monday through Friday early morning shifts. This position offers a consistent schedule with daily home time, allowing you to maintain a stable work-life balance while driving meticulously maintained Freightliner trucks.
In this role, you will handle local deliveries with an average of 1,800 to 2,000 miles per week. The job is designed for efficiency, featuring a 99% drop-and-hook rate with no touch freight, ensuring you spend more time on the road and less time waiting or handling cargo. There is significant room for advancement within the organization for drivers who excel in their duties.
Compensation and Benefits
Drivers can expect a weekly average pay between $1,300 and $1,600, with opportunities to earn an additional $50 weekly Pro Pay bonus. Beyond base compensation, we offer a comprehensive benefits package including Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance, as well as a 401k plan with company matching.

Requirements
To be considered for this position, candidates must possess a valid Class A CDL and have at least one year of safe commercial driving experience. All applicants must be able to pass a DOT Physical and a Drug Screen.
