About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Medical/Surgical Registered Nurse for a local contract assignment at a highly respected hospital in Buffalo, NY. This is an excellent opportunity to join a top-tier clinical team while advancing your career in a fast-paced acute care environment.
In this role, you will administer prescribed medications (oral, subcutaneous, IV) and accurately document all treatments. You will monitor patients for adverse reactions, report findings per facility policy, and educate patients on surgical procedures and post-operative expectations. Your day will involve recording patient medical histories, vital signs, and clinical assessments, as well as operating, monitoring, and adjusting specialized patient-care equipment. You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, high-quality patient care.
