About the Role
We are seeking a dependable Company Driver to haul freight on our regional routes, specifically serving the Argos to Bolingbrook and Argos to Fort Wayne lanes. This role is designed for drivers who value steady miles and a clear pay structure. You will operate Class A tractor-trailers, handling drop hooks on the front end and live unloads on the back. Depending on your assigned route, you will run up to two loads per day to Bolingbrook or three loads per day to Fort Wayne, Monday through Friday.
As a driver with us, you will enjoy daily or weekend home time, ensuring a healthy work-life balance. You will be equipped with our International LT trucks, which come fully loaded with amenities including a microwave, refrigerator, TV, premium driver's seat, and an auxiliary power unit (APU) to ensure your comfort on the road. We also cover the full cost of your initial HazMat certification and reimburse weight tickets at face value.
Hiring Process
To join our team, candidates must possess a valid Class A CDL with at least one year of experience and be able to pass and maintain all DOT/FMCSA physical requirements. While a HazMat endorsement and TWIC card are preferred, they are not strictly required. Applicants should be prepared to demonstrate strong time management, clear communication skills, and a safety-conscious mindset.
