About the Role
Wooster Motor Ways is seeking a dependable, safety-first Company Driver to haul freight across our regional lanes. Based in Argos, Indiana, this role focuses on consistent, high-volume runs with a clear pay structure designed to reward safe, experienced drivers.
You will operate Class A tractor-trailers on routes connecting Argos to Bowling Brook and Fort Wayne. The position offers a drop-hook setup on the front end with live unloads on the back, ensuring efficient operations. Drivers can expect steady miles and a professional work environment where the team looks out for one another.
The Experience
Our International LT trucks are fully equipped to support your comfort on the road, featuring a microwave, refrigerator, TV, premium driver's seat, and an auxiliary power unit (APU). We cover the full cost of your initial HazMat certification and reimburse weight tickets at face value. All hourly work is paid as straight time, and we offer additional pay for detention and breakdowns.
Hiring Process
To join our team, you must possess a valid Class A CDL with at least one year of experience and be able to pass and maintain all DOT/FMCSA physical requirements. While a HazMat endorsement and TWIC card are preferred, they are not strictly required. A high school diploma or GED is necessary.
