About the Role
We are seeking a Company Driver to haul freight on our regional routes, specifically serving the Argos to Bolingbrook and Argos to Fort Wayne lanes. This role is designed for drivers who thrive on steady miles and clear pay structures that reward safe, experienced operation.
You will operate Class A tractor-trailers equipped with premium amenities, including an International LT truck featuring a microwave, refrigerator, TV, and auxiliary power unit (APU) to ensure comfort on the road. Your day will involve drop-and-hook operations on the front end and live unloads on the back, ensuring timely pickups and deliveries. Whether running two loads per day to Bolingbrook or three to Fort Wayne, you will be the backbone of our logistics chain, maintaining accurate HOS logs and ensuring all cargo is secured and documented correctly.
Hiring Process
To join our team, candidates must possess a valid Class A CDL with at least one year of experience and be able to pass all DOT/FMCSA physical requirements. While a HazMat endorsement and TWIC card are preferred, they are not strictly required. We cover the full cost of your initial HazMat certification if you choose to obtain it.

Drivers enjoy daily or weekend home time depending on their assigned route. We also provide additional compensation for detention and breakdowns, and we reimburse weight tickets at face value. All hourly work is paid as straight time, ensuring fair compensation for every hour worked.
