Wooster Motor Ways is seeking a dependable, safety-first Company Driver to haul freight across our regional lanes. Based in Argos, Indiana, this role focuses on efficient drop-and-hook operations on the front end and live unloads on the back. Drivers will run routes to Bolingbrook and Fort Wayne, enjoying steady miles and a clear pay structure that rewards safe, experienced performance.
You will operate Class A tractor-trailers equipped with premium amenities, including a microwave, refrigerator, TV, and an auxiliary power unit (APU) for comfort on the road. Your day involves transporting general commodities and specialized cargo, performing pre-trip and post-trip inspections, and maintaining accurate HOS logs and DOT documentation. Whether running Argos to Bowling Brook or Argos to Fort Wayne, you will plan routes to meet pickup and delivery windows while ensuring all paperwork, from bills of lading to signatures, is complete and correct.

Applicants must possess a valid Class A CDL with one year of experience and pass all DOT/FMCSA physical requirements. While a HazMat endorsement and TWIC card are preferred, they are not strictly required. Selected candidates will undergo a review of their qualifications and safety record before joining our team.
