Wooster Motor Ways is hiring dependable, safety-first Company Drivers to haul freight across our regional lanes. Based in Argos, Indiana, we offer steady miles, a supportive team that looks out for you, and a clear pay structure that rewards safe, experienced drivers.
About the Role
You will operate Class A tractor-trailers on regional routes, primarily running between Argos, Bowling Brook, and Fort Wayne. The role features a drop-and-hook setup on the front end with live unloads on the back. Depending on your assigned route, you may run Argos to Bowling Brook (up to 2 loads per day) or Argos to Fort Wayne (3 loads per day), Monday through Friday.
Your day involves transporting freight, general commodities, and specialized cargo while maintaining accurate HOS logs and DOT/FMCSA documentation. You will perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, load and secure cargo following special handling procedures for hazmat or temperature-sensitive freight, and verify bills of lading. Basic vehicle maintenance, such as checking fluids and minor repairs, is also part of your daily routine to keep the trailer clean and ready.
We provide International LT trucks fully equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, TV, premium driver's seat, and an auxiliary power unit (APU) to ensure your comfort on the road. Drivers receive full cost coverage for their initial HazMat certification and face-value reimbursement for weight tickets.
Hiring Process
To join our team, you must possess a valid Class A CDL with at least one year of experience and pass all DOT/FMCSA physical requirements. While a HazMat endorsement and TWIC card are preferred, they are not required. A high school diploma or GED is necessary.

Strong time management skills are essential to meet pickup and delivery windows, and clear communication with customers and dispatch is a must. As a team player, you should be respectful, cooperative, and positive both on the road and in the yard.
