About the Role
Wooster Motor Ways is seeking a dependable, safety-first Company Driver to haul freight across our regional lanes. Based in Argos, Indiana, this role focuses on efficient drop-and-hook operations on the front end and live unloads on the back. Drivers will run routes between Argos and Bowling Brook or Argos and Fort Wayne, Monday through Friday.
This position offers steady miles and a clear pay structure designed to reward safe, experienced drivers. You will operate in a professional work environment with a team that looks out for one another, ensuring a supportive atmosphere on the road and in the yard.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circleOperate Class A tractor-trailers to transport freight and specialized cargo
- check_circlePerform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report defects promptly
- check_circleLoad, secure, and inspect cargo following special handling procedures
- check_circleMaintain accurate HOS logs and all required DOT/FMCSA documentation
- check_circlePlan routes and schedules to meet pickup and delivery windows
- check_circlePerform basic vehicle maintenance and keep trailers clean and ready
- check_circleVerify bills of lading, collect signatures, and ensure paperwork is complete
Requirements
