In this position, you will manage the life cycle of loans, engaging with customers through multiple channels including phone, email, chat, and in-house systems. You will present tailored solutions based on customer needs, clearly educate them on loan terms and optional insurance products, and maintain compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. Your work will directly contribute to individual and branch goals while you build new connections and maintain existing ones.

Location and Schedule
This position is located on-site. The schedule is Monday through Friday during standard business hours, with some extended hours during the week as needed, which may include Saturday.
