In this position, you will manage the entire loan lifecycle, from developing new connections to maintaining relationships throughout the customer journey. You will engage with customers through multiple channels, including phone, email, chat, and in-house systems, presenting tailored solutions that meet their specific needs. A key part of your day involves clearly educating customers on loan terms, optional insurance products, and their options, ensuring they have a thorough understanding of their financial path.
