In this position, you will manage the life cycle of loans, engaging with customers through multiple channels including phone, email, chat, and in-house systems. You will present tailored solutions based on customer needs, educate them on loan terms and optional insurance products, and ensure compliance with all relevant laws. Your passion for achievement and goal-oriented attitude will drive you to exceed customer expectations and contribute to both individual and branch goals.
