About the Role
This position offers a career with purpose, built on the foundation of making dreams come true. As an Outside Sales professional, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the company's growth by seeking and developing relationships for new business sources both internally and externally. You will be the face of Lennar Mortgage, meeting with prospective customers, brokers, New Home Consultants (NHCs), and other referral sources at homebuilding communities or convenient locations.
Your day-to-day involves collecting and analyzing customer financial information to advise on the risks and benefits of various mortgage products. You will guide customers in selecting the appropriate loan program within the Lennar Mortgage roadmap, obtain loan applications, and work closely with them to achieve loan approval. Beyond individual transactions, you will travel to various communities and realtor offices to conduct "First Time Homebuyer Seminars," participate in builder functions, and maintain relationships that drive the pipeline forward.
