About the Role
This Material Handler role is designed for those who thrive on hands-on work and steady activity. You will play a key part in day-to-day warehouse operations, supporting the movement of materials to help deliver high-quality products to customers on time. The work takes place in a clean, brightly lit, climate-controlled facility designed with employee well-being in mind. Your focus will be on accuracy, safety, and collaboration within a team environment.

Relocation & Compensation
Marvin offers a $5,000 relocation bonus after relocating to support your move to Warroad, MN. This is in addition to a $1,500 sign-on bonus when you join our team. Please note that housing is not provided. Pay starts at $19.75 per hour, with a built-in pay raise after six months.
