About the Role
This analytical position is designed to drive stability and process improvements across our production complexes. As an integral part of the strategy team, you will leverage deep data analysis to influence operational results. The role requires an energetic, curious, and inquisitive mindset to support live operations, pullets, production barns, and the feed mill.
You will serve as a bridge between raw data and actionable strategy, creating metrics to identify constraints and proposing data-driven corrections for root causes. Your work will directly support the Plant Management team in meeting production workload requirements and building challenging yet achievable budget scenarios. Success in this role involves diligently tracking key indicators, simplifying processes as opportunities arise, and communicating complex analysis clearly to management to drive continuous improvement.
