This Litigation Support Specialist position is an ideal opportunity to enhance your technical eDiscovery experience. You will provide discovery best practices consulting services, focusing on delivering complex client requests by leveraging Relativity and the Relativity AI suite, alongside other litigation support tools including Legal Files, Nexidia, and Language Weaver.

As a client-facing E-Discovery Litigation Specialist, you will operate under the direction of senior Contractor IT staff as part of a high-performing team handling a massive volume of data. You will serve as a liaison between end users and IT personnel, working extensively with client managers, attorneys, paralegals, investigators, and support staff.
Your day-to-day involves creating and managing databases and workspaces, coordinating data imports and exports, and preparing productions and trial materials. You will consult with end users to help them effectively cull, search, and utilize data, while also providing troubleshooting support and training on applications such as Relativity, CaseSoft suite, Case Dynamics, and Practice Manager. Additionally, you will design and oversee end-user support programs, proactively seeking improvements to products and technologies to ensure the best fit for the client's technical environment.
