The IT Data Specialist - Entry Level position is a dynamic entry point for professionals eager to launch their careers in the IT field. You will support the Federal Government on large and complex technical litigation support matters, serving as a vital link in the eDiscovery process. This role introduces you to industry best practices, focusing on verifying client requests, quality-checking database loads, and managing deliverables using applications like Relativity Processing, NUIX, and encryption software.
On-the-job training is provided, making this position ideal for up-and-coming IT professionals looking to develop technical skills. You will be exposed to data in various forms and learn to manipulate large datasets as you progress through complex workflows. Opportunities to learn and develop scripting capabilities, such as PERL and Python, will also be provided.
This position is based onsite in Washington, D.C.

Undergraduate degree in computer science or information management/technology; technical certification; coursework in programming/scripting, systems administration, and database management; eDiscovery experience; ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously; basic job knowledge of systems and procedures from prior work experience or education; typically 3 years of experience; vocational or technical education in addition to related work experience.
