We are seeking an experienced Litigation Support Engineer to provide critical support to a mission-critical customer. This role is designed for those who want to grow their career and make a tangible difference while tackling complex challenges.
You will be responsible for the administration, optimization, support, and usage of enterprise e-Litigation systems across multiple network enclaves. Your work will ensure reliable, secure, and efficient access to case-related data. The ideal candidate combines a strong IT background with specific experience in litigation support, serving as a bridge between technical systems and investigative teams.
Location Note: This position is on-site with the customer in Washington, DC and cannot be supported remotely.

Education: Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, or related field OR 4 years of experience.
Experience supporting federal investigative teams through technology-assisted review (TAR). Knowledge of eDiscovery lifecycle (ESI preservation, collection, processing, review, production). Experience working across multiple network enclaves or classified environments. Experience maintaining IT system availability, user access, connectivity, and performance, to include configuring workspaces, permissions, data ingestion workflows, and case repositories. Experience performing system updates, tuning, and troubleshooting. Experience providing proactive recommendations leveraging industry best practices for analytics-driven litigation support. Experience supporting attorneys and case teams with technical solutions to optimize review workflows. Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) lifecycle. Relativity Certified Administrator (RCA) or Relativity Certified User (RCU) and/or Certification in eDiscovery (e.g., CEDS - Certified eDiscovery Specialist).
