The Litigation Support Analyst (Document Management Analyst II) plays a vital role in supporting the Assistant U.S. Attorneys (AUSAs) within the U.S. Attorney's Office for the District of Massachusetts in Boston. This position is specifically dedicated to the Securities, Financial, and Cyber Fraud Unit, which investigates and prosecutes complex cases involving bank fraud, advance fee schemes, tax offenses, commercial bribery, intellectual property violations, and cyberstalking.
In this role, you will be an integral part of the legal team, managing the lifecycle of electronic case files and assisting in the organization and production of discovery. Your work ensures that AUSAs have the precise documentation and testimony analysis needed to build strong cases. From preparing subpoenas and coordinating witness interviews to providing critical support during trial proceedings, you will handle the administrative and legal duties that keep the prosecution process moving forward.
