Tycko & Zavareei LLP is a nationally recognized public interest civil litigation law firm with 22 attorneys and offices in Washington, D.C., and California. We represent consumers fighting corporate wrongdoing, whistleblowers exposing fraud, and others seeking justice against powerful interests in large, complex, and impactful cases across the country. Our work is fast-paced and high-volume, yet we strive to maintain a friendly, respectful, and learning-focused environment where team members can be themselves while tackling challenging legal matters.
Our legal support staff are a critical component of our operations. Paralegals work closely with attorneys at all levels, providing simultaneous support to multiple case teams from early case development through final resolution. We value efficiency, attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multitudinous tasks to ensure our clients receive the best possible representation.
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our Washington, D.C. office starting May 1, 2026. This full-time, hybrid role (in-office 2–3 days per week) is ideal for someone with 1–3 years of experience in a paralegal or professional legal support role who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to hit the ground running.
As a member of the litigation support staff reporting to the Managing Partner, you will partner with attorneys to provide direct assistance across all stages of litigation. This includes case management, organizational tasks, drafting, research, and coordination. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain deep professional law firm experience, develop skills for a senior paralegal role, or prepare for law school applications in the future. Our legal staff have successfully gone on to attend top-tier law schools, including Harvard, Columbia, NYU, UVA, and Georgetown.
Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis, with a preference given to those received by April 3. To apply, please complete a brief questionnaire and upload the following materials in PDF format:
Interview rounds will be conducted virtually.
