About the Role
This position offers an opportunity to join a dynamic team where you will manage a diverse caseload of insurance defense and civil litigation matters from inception through resolution. The role is designed for an attorney who thrives in a fast-paced environment and values independent case management supported by senior collaboration.
You will serve as a key partner in developing litigation and trial strategies, handling everything from drafting pleadings and motions to managing written discovery and defending depositions involving experts and medical providers. The position requires regular communication with clients, carriers, and internal teams, ensuring that every aspect of the case is handled with precision and strategic insight.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circleManage a caseload of insurance defense and civil litigation matters from inception through resolution
- check_circleDraft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents
- check_circleHandle written discovery and take or defend depositions including experts and medical providers
- check_circleRepresent clients in court appearances, hearings, mediations, and negotiations
- check_circlePartner with senior attorneys to develop litigation and trial strategy
- check_circleAnalyze liability, causation, and damages in general liability and medical malpractice cases
- check_circlePrepare and argue motions including MSJs and other dispositive motions
- check_circleReview and interpret medical records, billing, and expert reports
- check_circleAssist with trial prep and participate in trial as opportunities arise

Requirements
