Goldberg, Miller & Rubin is a regional insurance defense law firm with offices in Manhattan, Philadelphia, and North Jersey. For nearly four decades, we have been successfully litigating cases for our clients as an aggressive and talented team of trial attorneys dedicated to securing the best results.
As one of the region's prominent civil law firms, we are recognized for our successful representation of individuals and companies facing liability related to automotive and trucking negligence, medical malpractice, toxic torts, work-related accidents, and various forms of general liability. Since our inception, we have also worked with clients to combat healthcare and insurance fraud, cementing our status as one of the top firms in this arena.
We are seeking a civil litigation attorney to join our New York Team. This position operates on a hybrid/remote basis.
Our attorneys take on real responsibilities from day one. Talented attorneys receive full ownership of a case from inception to resolution, serving as the primary point person for day-to-day responsibilities and handling all aspects of the matter. You will be expected to take charge of cases to move them toward cost-effective, efficient, and fair resolutions while juggling multiple assignments and deadlines with a professional demeanor.
Candidates who meet the criteria and are interested in the position should submit a cover letter, resume, and a writing sample.
