Key Responsibilities
- check_circleManage a diverse caseload of moderate to high complexity litigation matters
- check_circleRepresent clients in court proceedings, depositions, mediations, and arbitrations
- check_circleProvide timely updates to clients and maintain a high level of client service
- check_circleCollaborate with senior attorneys to devise litigation strategies and develop case theories
- check_circleHandle all aspects of litigation including drafting pleadings, discovery, and motion practice
- check_circleParticipate in business development efforts including networking events and client meetings
- check_circleResearch and analyze intricate legal issues and write analytical memos for the team
Requirements
- verifiedJuris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- verifiedMinimum of 2 years of litigation experience in a law firm setting
- verifiedActive membership in good standing with the State Bar
- verifiedProficiency in legal research tools and Microsoft Office Suite
Nice to Have
Warranty Defense or Lemon Law experience. Knowledge of automobiles.
