About the Role
Brosnan Risk Consultants is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to serve as a key support partner to the Senior Vice President of Risk and Compliance. This role is designed to manage the full lifecycle of litigation matters, claims administration, and complex insurance issues, ensuring efficient resolution for the organization.
In this position, you will act as a central hub between the company, insurance adjusters, and outside counsel, driving claims and suits toward closure. A significant component of the role involves overseeing the Workers Compensation Nurse First program. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating the ability to work independently while maintaining high standards of accuracy and professionalism.
