About the Role
As a Line Cook at The Valley Hotel, Curio by Hilton, you will be the heartbeat of our kitchen, preparing culinary delights that define the guest dining experience. Your work directly impacts guest satisfaction through the appearance, quality, and overall flavor of the food served. You will be responsible for the daily preparation of food items across various kitchen stations, including the pantry, fry stations, broiler, sauté, and expediter areas.
In this role, you will ensure consistency by following recipe cards, production standards, and portion controls. You will manage inventory by checking pars, rotating stock according to safety standards, and assisting in keeping buffets stocked. Your day-to-day involves assembling multiple orders efficiently, controlling food waste, and maintaining a safe, sanitary work environment. Whether you are working full-time or part-time, you will be an integral part of a team that strives to make a lasting impact on every guest who walks through our doors.
