As a Line Cook, you will be an integral member of this acclaimed team, working to ensure absolute consistency in portion size, flavor profile, and final plate presentation. You will execute all menu items according to standardized recipes while maintaining pristine and sanitary workstations. The role requires adaptability, as you will work effectively in various kitchen settings, including the main kitchen, high-volume event catering, and specialized pop-up dining locations. You will collaborate with culinary leadership to handle seasonal ingredients, minimize waste through strict inventory rotation, and communicate closely with the Executive Chef and Sous Chefs regarding station needs and service challenges.
