Our restaurants operate professional, fast-paced, scratch kitchens. As a Line Cook, you will join a team that understands high expectations for food presentation and execution. You will work in an environment that often features an open-kitchen layout with visibility from the dining room.
Success in this role requires strong communication and teamwork with other employees, including assemblers, the expo, and management. You will manage ticket orders for proteins, ensuring the execution of proper food temperatures and adherence to company specifications. Maintaining a clean station and workspace, along with following proper sanitation protocols, is essential. The role also includes opening and closing duties.
