Limited Term Automotive Equipment Technician

About the Role

Our Automotive Equipment Technicians are the backbone of our fleet operations, ensuring a diversified fleet of vehicles and motorized equipment remains safe and operational. This role is critical for maintaining the mobility required to connect our customers and support our infrastructure. You will serve as the primary point of contact for the diagnosis, maintenance, and repair of everything from standard motor vehicles to specialized heavy equipment like aerial lifts and underground compressors.

In this position, you will not only perform hands-on repairs and preventative maintenance but also manage the workflow of the motor vehicle parts room. You will analyze trouble reports, categorize repair priorities, and coordinate with outside vendors for complex service needs. Your work directly impacts our ability to operate efficiently, requiring a blend of technical expertise, safety consciousness, and a commitment to positioning AT&T as a premier provider.
