About the Role
The Lift Truck Operator (LTO) serves as a critical link in the logistics chain, ensuring the safe and accurate movement of goods within the warehouse environment. Working under the direction of the Shipping, Receiving, and Warehouse Supervisors, this role is dedicated to maintaining inventory integrity and facilitating smooth shipping and receiving operations. The position requires a high degree of focus to manage order fulfillment, stage materials, and perform cycle counts with a target accuracy of 98%.
Work Environment
This position operates within a warehouse and manufacturing setting in Chelmsford, MA. The environment involves exposure to seasonal temperature variations, machine operation noise, and facility repair activities. The role demands physical stamina, including extensive standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting up to 50 lbs. Operators must be prepared to wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and steel-toed shoes at all times.
