About the Role
The Lift Operator 1 is a vital part of our warehouse operations, ensuring that products move safely and efficiently from inbound storage to outbound shipment. This role is dedicated to maintaining our high standards for safety, security, and productivity while supporting the seamless delivery of guest orders.
In this position, you will be the backbone of our distribution center, utilizing power industrial equipment to navigate the warehouse and racking systems. Your day-to-day involves picking customer orders with precision, ensuring the correct number and type of product are loaded for shipment, and managing the flow of goods between inbound bins, racks, and the dock. You will work in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and adherence to OSHA standards are paramount to keeping our operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circleOperate power industrial equipment such as Forklift, Order Picker, and Reach Truck
- check_circleMove product from Inbound Bins into racks according to product type and dimension
- check_circleRelocate product from end caps and service areas into racks
- check_circleEfficiently pick customer orders based on RF designated pick areas
- check_circleEnsure inbound product and transfers are stored in designated rack areas
- check_circleScan merchandise prior to moving it to a different location
- check_circleStage product based on product and storage type
- check_circleCarry or transport orders to the dock with material handling equipment
- check_circleConduct operations in compliance with OSHA and company safety standards
- check_circleMaintain compliance by completing pre and post trip inspections
- check_circleMaintain a clean work area and free from debris on the warehouse floor
- check_circlePull product from the warehouse for shipment to stores and distribution centers
Requirements
