This role supports Cencora's distribution services in the US, operating through our AmerisourceBergen business. You will be a vital part of the team ensuring efficient warehouse operations, from training associates and managing inventory to overseeing shipping and general workflows.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circleProvide day-to-day tactical direction and guidance to warehouse associates
- check_circleManage inventory levels and monitor stock
- check_circleCoordinate and recommend efficiencies to workflow
- check_circleUtilize computer system applications for operations and reporting
- check_circleComply with all policies, safety rules, and state and DEA regulations
- check_circleOversee shipping operations including UPS, emergency orders, and general deliveries
- check_circleUtilize forklifts, reach trucks, and other motorized equipment to move inventory
- check_circleAssist warehouse personnel with order filling, receiving, stocking, and returns
- check_circleAssist in department supervision including work assignment and manpower planning
- check_circleTrain warehouse associates on duties, responsibilities, and safe equipment use according to SOPs
Requirements
