About the Role

We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Lifeguard to join our team for a full-year position with multiple schedule options. This role is specifically focused on a therapy pool environment, which requires adherence to unique operational standards, including maintaining water temperatures in the 90s.

As a Lifeguard at CSP Management, your primary mission is to ensure the safety of Veteran patrons and other swimmers. You will serve as the first line of defense in emergency situations, responsible for constant surveillance, enforcing safety rules, and administering immediate first aid or CPR when necessary. The role demands a high standard of professionalism and customer service, requiring you to maintain the pool's condition, test water levels and chemicals, and accurately document all activities and chemical values twice daily.

Hiring Process

Candidates must be prepared to pass a pre-employment practical skills test in the water. We look for individuals who can react calmly and effectively in emergencies and possess strong communication skills in English.
