About the Role
We are seeking a Full-time Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) for our Health Center. In this role, you will be responsible for meeting the nursing needs of residents while actively incorporating our "Philosophy for Person-Directed Care." Your focus will be on ensuring a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors, allowing everyone to participate in the resident's daily life rhythm.\n You will collaborate with care partners to develop assignments and help keep each team member accountable for resident care and satisfaction. This is an excellent opportunity for new graduates to join a supportive team where you can make a meaningful impact every day.
