About the Role
We are seeking an on-call Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to meet the nursing needs of our residents while actively incorporating our "Philosophy for Person-Directed Care." In this role, you will ensure a safe and healthy environment for residents, the team, and visitors, allowing everyone to participate in the residents' daily life rhythm. You will develop care assignments in coordination with care partners, inspiring and holding the team accountable for resident care and satisfaction.
