About the Role
As a Full-time Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) at our Health Center, you will be responsible for meeting the nursing needs of our residents while actively incorporating our "Philosophy for Person-Directed Care." Your role is to ensure a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors to participate in the resident's daily life rhythm. You will collaborate with care partners to develop assignments and help keep each team member accountable for resident care and satisfaction. New graduates are welcome to apply.
