About the Role
We are seeking a Full-time Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) for our Health Center. In this role, you will be responsible for meeting the nursing needs of residents while actively incorporating our "Philosophy for Person-Directed Care." Your mission is to ensure a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors, allowing everyone to participate in the resident's daily life rhythm. You will collaborate with care partners to develop assignments and help keep the team accountable for resident care and satisfaction. New graduates are welcome to apply.
Hiring Process
To be successful in this role, candidates must hold a current LVN license in the state of application and possess a current CPR certification. Prior nursing experience in senior care, skilled nursing, post-acute, or sub-acute care is preferred. Please apply directly to join our team.
