About the Role

As a Licensed Therapist, you will serve as a vital member of our clinical team, performing journey-level professional casework and clinical services for clients dealing with mental and emotional disturbances. Your primary focus will be assessing and monitoring client behaviors during treatment for chemical and alcohol abuse and dependency.

In this full-time, Monday-through-Friday role, you will conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions, while also interviewing clients and their relatives. You will collaborate closely with other professionals, participating in evaluative and diagnostic staff conferences and engaging in collaborative treatment with representatives from other agencies. The position requires preparing verbal, written, and statistical reports, as well as maintaining current awareness of mental health methodologies through conferences and workshops. You will operate in a dynamic environment, performing duties under stressful conditions and potentially taking on lead or special work coordination responsibilities.

Hiring Process

Candidates must hold a valid license as a mental health professional regulated by a state board (LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC), a master's degree in social work, marriage and family therapy, or counseling, and at least two years of experience in drug and alcohol counseling. A current CPR and First Aid certification and a valid Driver's License are also required.
