Thriveworks is a mission-driven organization dedicated to providing high-quality, accessible mental health care. We foster a caring, inclusive, and client-centered culture where clinical excellence meets compassionate support. As a fast-growing leader in the industry, we empower our clinicians with strong leadership, ongoing training, and the flexibility to grow within a supportive, multidisciplinary team.
As a Licensed Talk Therapist, you will serve as a vital partner in the mental health journeys of individuals, couples, and families. This role exists to deliver evidence-based psychotherapy that is both clinically rigorous and deeply person-centered. You will conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and diagnostic evaluations to develop tailored treatment plans, utilizing modalities such as CBT, DBT, and trauma-informed care.
Your day will involve a blend of in-person and telehealth sessions, allowing you to meet clients where they are most comfortable. Beyond direct care, you will collaborate closely with psychiatrists, primary care providers, and internal team members to coordinate holistic care. You will maintain accurate clinical documentation and uphold the highest ethical standards, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and state regulations while engaging in continuous professional development.
We believe that great therapy happens in a supportive environment. Thriveworks offers flexible scheduling to help you balance your professional and personal life, along with robust benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and a 401k plan. Whether you are newly licensed or an experienced clinician, you will find opportunities for growth and mentorship within our inclusive community.
To apply, please submit your resume along with proof of your active, unrestricted state license (LPC, LMHC, LMFT, LCSW, or equivalent) and eligibility to panel with major insurance providers. Candidates must also provide evidence of a Master's degree from an accredited program and current professional liability insurance.
Thriveworks is committed to building a diverse and inclusive workforce. We consider qualified applicants regardless of background, identity, or experience, striving to create a workplace where everyone can thrive.
