About the Role

We are seeking licensed clinicians in Boston, Massachusetts, to provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions. This role is designed for behavioral health generalists open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children. You will partner with a vibrant community of over 2,700 licensed providers, ensuring you never feel isolated in your practice. The position offers a competitive ramp stipend for clinicians offering 30+ hours of availability per week.

How We Support You

We handle the administrative work so you can focus on what you do best: providing exceptional care. This includes credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing support. You will receive paid orientation and training, with the goal of building a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing. Flexible scheduling is available seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET.
