About the Role

Brightway Insurance is seeking a Licensed Property and Casualty Insurance Producer to join our Costa Mesa team. In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor, responsible for generating leads, analyzing client insurance needs, and recommending policies that provide the right protection. You will build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction while navigating the complexities of policy details, coverage limits, and exclusions.

Compensation and Culture

We offer a competitive W2 compensation structure with a base salary of $40,000 annually, plus a commission opportunity. Successful producers can expect average first-year total earnings ranging from $78,000 to $115,000.
