As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse, you will be a vital part of our care team, participating in the development and implementation of our company philosophies. This role goes beyond clinical duties; you will provide direct resident care, offer operational assistance to the Wellness Director, and support the broader staff. You will coordinate the delivery of care services, ensuring a seamless experience for our residents and their families.
In this position, you will foster positive relationships with residents, families, and physicians while assisting with medication programs, Activities of Daily Living, and resident assessments. You will also play a key role in training new staff and participating in ongoing in-service programs to maintain the highest standards of care.
