About the Role

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will be a vital part of our care team, participating in the development and implementation of our company philosophies. This role is designed for a professional who provides direct resident care while offering operational assistance to the Wellness Director and support to the broader staff. You will help coordinate the utilization of materials, equipment, and supplies, ensuring the seamless delivery of care services within the community.

In this position, you will foster positive relationships with residents, their families, and physicians. Your day-to-day impact includes assisting residents with Activities of Daily Living, supervising medication programs, and supporting self-administration where appropriate. You will also play a key role in training assisted living staff and participating in the orientation of new team members, helping to cultivate a supportive and skilled environment.

Hiring Process
