About the Role
We are seeking a talented Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in an outpatient clinical support capacity. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain specialized experience in urology within a supportive, team-oriented environment. Located in prime Atlanta, the position provides easy access to local dining, culture, and suburban communities.
As an LPN, you will be the backbone of patient flow in a busy outpatient clinic. Your day will involve assisting with patient intake, capturing vital signs, and gathering medical histories. You will support providers during examinations, procedures, and minor office-based surgeries, while also administering medications and performing urology-specific clinical tasks such as bladder scans and catheterizations. Training is available for specialized procedures, making this an ideal role for those looking to expand their clinical skillset.
Beyond clinical duties, you will play a key role in patient education, explaining medications and follow-up care to patients and their families. You will also ensure the clinic runs smoothly by maintaining accurate EMR documentation, sterilizing instruments, and preparing exam rooms. This is a consistent 8-hour day shift role (Monday–Friday, 8am–4:30pm) with no on-call requirements, allowing for a predictable work-life balance.
